Check-in/Check-out Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Late Check-out Hour: 11:30 PM

Late Check-out Fees: $30.00

Late check-out (after 10:00 AM and before 11:30 PM) may result in a fee.

Property and Cancelation Policies :

Full Charge - Full Stay - If canceled within 7 days of arrival

Partial Charge - 50% of Full Stay - If canceled within 7 days of arrival

No Charge - If canceled within 14 days of arrival

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Hatchery Hotel. Please find below the terms and conditions that govern your stay with us:

1.    Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
2.    Room Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of each room is clearly stated on our website and in the room description. We do not allow more guests to stay in the room than the maximum occupancy allows.
3.    Room Rates: Room rates are subject to change without notice, and rates vary based on the room type, time of year, and availability. We guarantee the lowest rates on our website and will match any lower rates found elsewhere.
4.    Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking or at check-in. We accept all major credit cards and cash.
5.    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. If you fail to cancel your reservation or do not show up, you will be charged for the full amount of your reservation.
6.    Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common areas of the hotel. Guests found smoking in their rooms will be charged a cleaning fee.
7.    Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay, including damage to furniture, fixtures, or any other items in the room or common areas.
8.    Noise Policy: Guests are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the night time hours. We reserve the right to ask guests who disturb the peace to leave the hotel without a refund.
9.    Pets: We do not allow pets in the hotel, except for service animals as required by law.
10.  Liability: We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay at the hotel.
